the "watching now" number sometimes not showing, u have to refresh the page 1x/2x time to fix it.

Yes. I recently experienced this too. I am not sure it is due to borderless or Tabview or what.
Or just because youtube's coding is shit.

At this moment, I cannot do anything for this random issue.

I found that it might be due to a setting that was enabled in YouTube EXPERIMENT_FLAGS Tamer.

Now the setting is removed and separated into a new script - YouTube: Force Animated-Rolling-Number

The bug has been removed. To use the animated rolling number is up to your choice.
