I suggest to use a redirection extension such as 🥸 Proxy Redirect.
Concerning to the resource you have referred to, I am not sure whether it is worthy to handle it, because it is a hostile resource which in its essence is designed to interrupt and invade your privacy.
Did you try to use that hostile resource with javascript disabled, and see whether links are rendered properly?
