Do you try without the script?, the script does not remove/hide any element of the redirected page, it only makes the container that has the download links and buttons fill the screen, if it is still not working try creating a new profile in your browser and use adblock with default settings and script, see if it still detects
It works, but this script makes it impossible to block ads using it. Maybe this is because blocking ##featureimage will cause adblock to be detected.
