You can customize your desktop and mobile devices' default resolution for YT videos.

The video will reload once to apply your desired resolution.

*If your resolution is unavailable for the video on desktop, the highest possible resolution will be used instead.
*The script applies a custom resolution of 144p by default on mobile devices to save data.

To choose the default video resolution you want STRICTLY follow these steps: (Click here)

1 On tampermonkey go to dashboard -> settings -> general section -> config mode and enable advanced mode.
2 Install the script.
3 Open any page that the script works on
4 Open the tampermonkey dashboard
5 Click on the script name
6 Click on "Storage"
7 Replace hd1080 with the desktop resolution, and replace tiny with the mobile resolution you want! https://rgbacolorpicker.com/
8 Click on "Save"!


Possible video resolutions you can use.
"highres" = 8k
"hd2160" = 4k
"hd1440" = 2k
"hd1080"= 1080p
"hd720" = 720p
"large" = 480p
"medium" = 360p
"small" = 240p
"tiny" = 144p
"auto"
