Ok. Found comments section. It is are under video description on the right. I disabled all extensions and new layout still present.
On the other hand, no problems on Firefox based browsers. So YouTube probably rolled out new design to Chromium based browsers only.
And it seems like YouTube reverted all changes after a few hours. These YouTube's experiments on users are getting on my nerves. Sorry for bothering you.
Does not work today. YouTube moved video description to the right sidebar and suggestions to the bottom of the video. I do not see video comments anywhere.
I am using Brave/Violentmonkey.
