There should already be a toggle option for it in the upper-right hand corner (put there by YouTube, not my script).

Yes there is a toggle button but the first time you visit any youtube watch video, default is set to enable. I always forget that first visit to disable it. Would be nice if it actually was set at Disable for first and all visits. I see in Options there is " Disable Autoplay-Next-Video In Playlist" and I have it checkmarked but it is still enabled at first visit until I click on it. Could there be a fix please? Thankyou

Just this, I would like an option to disable the annoying "autoplay next suggested video".
