Adds a download button to YouTube videos using Cobalt API for downloading videos or audio.
If anyone has any idea how to force youtube to recalculate the overflow of the "Clip" button, that'd be great, I couldn't figure it out, so sometimes it weirdly shows up not in the overflow menu, a manual recalculation (opening inspect, changing zoom, etc.), fixes it.
