Really great script! Works like a charm :-) . I have one suggestion: could it be easily changed so that the floating TOC is collapsed by default? Or maybe add an option somewhere in the script so I can change the default myself?
The reason is that our pages contain a TOC at the top of each page, so we don't need a floating TOC when we open a page. Only if we are browsing in the middle of a page we would like to open the floating TOC on request.
