Would it be possible for this userscript to allow for filtering users without using UTags? Maybe implemented similar to PIXIV_BLOCKED_TAGS in storage. I understand that it would likely be less customizable than the UTags integration, but I would rather not have to install another userscript that would run on so many sites. Thanks!

If the concern is only about UTags being enabled on a lot of sites by default, there's the option of just overriding its match patterns via your userscript manager, so that it'll only run on Pixiv or something. I'm personally using several other scripts in such a way too, to be honest.

Either way, so far it does seem like Pixiv properly standardizes all artist links using their user IDs, so it shouldn't be too complex to implement an alternative. I'll consider having a simplified version of it for the next major release!
