The script should be fixed now. Please try the new version (3.0.0).
Since the old logic no longer works, the entire script had to be rewritten. I’m unsure if this new method will have any side effects since it’s much more aggressive than before, so if you find any issues, just let me know. This script is currently in an "update only upon request" state as demand for this script seems to be low and the benefits of Opus over AAC aren't super obvious in browser environments.
