This script is just playing the trick to try slow down the playrate to keep the a small distance from the "live" point.
If you did the math, you would understand.
30s*0.968 = 29.04s
So when the streaming passed 30s in real time, the playing will be delayed by 0.96s
So this can allow some buffer for the retrieval of streaming content.
This small trick can let you feel nothing but have this "0.96s" buffer.
I'm a bit confused as to what this script does. Will it run at 0.968 speed for the first 30 seconds of opening a live stream and then revert to 1.0 speed after that?
Or will it consistently try to keep the delay between the streamer and the viewer at exactly 30 seconds?
