There were a couple bugs, one of them introduced by myself...
While at it I've decided to use a different approach where signing the files and submitting the edits should not affect the uploads. :) It should be even faster now, when adding lots of images (and the servers aren't ultra slow to respond)

Not sure why, but the second image always seems to fail for me?
With an error message like: "R-15925715-1644912220-7129.1.jpeg: Failed (signing, HTTP null):"
I use Enhanced Cover Art Uploader and get the error on imports from VGMDB and Discogs (so far).
