Your image shows that it works normally.
When you click this, it will show the timestamp in the search bar - which is the current time.
You can change the timestamp, then press enter.
Oops... i misunderstood how the timestamp function works and thought it behaved differently. Sorry for the confusion

Because there is already a red dot to shift left and right, but it cannot let me to jump to a specific time easily. So I make this feature.
This is just a small script for myself. I don't think it will become popular so the feature is a bit not user-friendly.
