Specify pages to work with

Hello,

thanks for this script. I have a feature request/bug report: In the settings for this script I can specify on which pages the script should do nothing. But I want to specify on which pages the script should do its work, 'cause by now I have just one. On other pages it prevents me from scrolling with the keyboard.

You can just @include only the pages you want to use. That's what I do in my own personal version.
