Follow these instructions to move hitDB to the top of the excecution order (make it number 1). That will fix this issue.

Ok, I did this and now it sometimes works and sometimes does not. When it does not, reloading fixes it. The numbering is correct. HitDatabase is 1 and TurkAlert is 2. What can I do?
Some requestors not showing in database
I followed the instructions for the patch 1, even though I didn't even have 30 days in my database, just to be sure to do everything correctly. It looks good, except that when I look at hits, the hit title is sometimes green, while the requestor is still pink. Sure enough, when I search the title, the requestor is mentioned, but the search for requestor turns up empty.
