Why just show the speech icon and click to it like Google Translator Tooltip Expanded instead of many steps above?

Well, my method has both advantages and disadvantages.
Plus: You can select which word(s) and language you want to listen;
Minus: You have to perform a few actions to start TTS.
In any case, now I'm not going to change anything.

Ok, an idea has come to me (quite long time ago ;) ) - to TTS any selected text through clicking an icon on Fx toolbar.
