Script options button has turned invisible. Still there, but pushing it (it does blink) reloads the page. Workaround: go to https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/profile and hit the invisible button again. You can make your changes.
I have same experience. Script options button works, but opens option for only split second and then reloads the page.
Workaround works, but it is still a bug. Adding screenshot from console.
